Actually posting for a friend - DH is German and they both love nature, no idea what sex. Both very hippy and a bit 'out there'. They've previously considered Myrtle, Cosmo, Leif and Wolfe but all had to be ruled out.

Help!

Most of these names are incredibly old fashioned and would sound silly on a child today!

Best to look at current top 100 names in Germany. You'll find lots of similar names as the UK. Top names include Ben, Finn, Noah, Emilia, Ella etc.

I love Silke. Such a pretty name.
