Middle name for Bea...

Hey everyone, 3rd baby due in July (I know I have a little while yet!) I am struggling to find a middle name for a girl or even if I should have a middle name!
So the first name we have come close to deciding on is Bea, not short for anything just Bea... our surname has 3 syllables and I think that to have Bea as a first name it either needs to stand alone or have a harsh sounding middle name, only problem is I cant think of anything!
Any ideas?
Thank you Smile x

P.s. one of our children already has a shortened name as a first name...

Aww I love the name Bea, it was one of my front runners. Before I was pregnant I was completely set on Bea Olympia [Surname], I’m not sure why I’m not still sold on it because I still love it. Great first name choice!

Is it Bee or Bee-uh?

Bea Hive?
Bea Lert?
Bea Natural
Bea Dee Kay Jay

I would choose Beatrice, you have more choices for a middle name. Bea on it's own is a bit plain, she might like a choice.

Showmeyourhero · 26/02/2020 12:28

How do you pronounce Bea? Is it Bee - Ah?

Flutteringsatlast · 26/02/2020 12:32

Beatrix.. Can be Bea or Trixie if she wants!

Awwlookatmybabyspider · 26/02/2020 12:34

To be honest id put Beatrice or Beatrix on her bc. I don't think any middle would name work with Bea. It's like you're telling her to 'be' someone.
Same with Juno. Do you know ........

Pronounced Bee.... sorry forgot that bit!!

Really not a fan of Beatrice or Beatrix, I dont mind using Bea as a middle name but that is what we will call her 🙂

Beattie

I would spell it Bee!

Bea is often pronounced Be-a. In German it's a common nickname for Beate (Beh ah teh)

Don't use a middle name as a first name, it is a PITA.
If you want to call her Bea, call her Bea Middlename Surname, otherwise she will be Middlename Surname or Middlename B. Surname on everything, and it will lead to a lifetime of corrections.

You could always look for a pretty name starting with B and call her Bea as a nn. This link has some unusual ones.www.babynamewizard.com/baby-name/girl/B

Bianca, Bente, Benedetta ...
