Which name in your opinion is best or do you have any similar?
We like alaya and raya so far, just trying to get a list of ones we like!

Alaya and Raya sound unusual, are you looking for any specific origin/culture for the names ?

I actually like Raya. I've also heard Maya and Mayanne, which I also like.

Forgot to add, if you like Alaya you might also like Ayla or Alanna.

I prefer Alaya.

I much prefer Raya - interesting, attractive and steamlined. Alaya sounds wishy-washy to me and will blend in with the ubiquitous Ayla, Alia, Aaliyah, Isla, Ella, Alana, Layla, Lila, Aria etc etc.

I love Alastair but prefer the spelling Alaia. And I also love Raya. My daughters middle name is Soraya and we use Raya as a nickname for that all the time. Almost used it as her first name!
