Welsh middle names...

So our first name choices are either Ava, Eira, Lyra or Talia and we have a 1 syllable surname beginning with N.

We want a Welsh middle name, but most seem to have lots of N's in which sound odd with our surname. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Mair, Mai, Mari, Medi, Non, Gwen, Haf, Lois, Elen are all popular Welsh middle names - in particular Mai (which means May) for May born baby girls and Medi (September) for September born baby girls.

Haf (meaning Summer) is also popular for summer babies.

Other middle names you could think about are:
Anwen
Seren (star)
Gwawr (dawn)
Enfys (rainbow)
Lowri
Sioned
Eleri

Also Efa (Eve) is lovely - sounds similar to Ava but with a flatter “A”

I love Eira and Lyra - Eira is on my Welsh girls list and Lyra on my non-Welsh girls list.

Lyra Mari
Lyra Haf
Lyra Angharad
Lyra Seren (Seren means star, and I think Lyra is a constellation?)
Lyra Mai
Lyra Eleri
Lyra Enfys
Lyra Ffion
Lyra Tesni
Lyra Carys
Lyra Nansi
Lyra Olwen

Most of those would work with Eira, but you may want to avoid Haf (summer) and Mai (May) as Eira means snow.
