Just that really! Baby girl on her way... we can’t decide.

So, Imogen or Isadora?

TIA!

Depends on how 'out there' you want to be. Both lovely names IMHO. But Isadora's def more unusual.
Have you considered Isabelle or Isabella? Just throwing them in!

Marmitepeanutbutterandhoney · 16/02/2020 11:07

Yes! Love Isabella but we just felt it was too popular so took it off the shortlist...

Love Isadora! It’s on my list too, though I’m not sure if there’s too many Issys around (and not a fan of Dora as a nn). Still love Isobel too...

I have a baby Imogen so really biased but it's lovely. I get loads of compliments on choosing such a beautiful name and if your worried about popularity I don't know any others I. Baby groups, toddler groups for DS2 or in DS1 school

IVflytrap · 16/02/2020 11:20

I prefer Imogen. Mainly as I'm not a fan of either Izzy or Dora as the inevitable shortenings for a longer name.

MrsB2019x · 16/02/2020 11:24

I love Imogen Flowers

Grufallosfriends · 16/02/2020 11:30

Isadora is beautiful and feminine!

I don't like Imogen at all, find it harsh sounding

ploughingthrough · 16/02/2020 11:32

I don't like Immy which Imogen often gets shortened to in my experience. I really like Isadora I think it's a bit different without being silly, and Dora is also sweet if it gets shortened.

userabcname · 16/02/2020 11:35

I love Isadora!

Double3xposure · 16/02/2020 11:39

Both lovely . Sorry no help.

Poppydaisies · 16/02/2020 11:53

Isadora! Lovely name that travels well into other languages.

Imogen is harsh and ugly sounding imo.

Ellmau · 16/02/2020 12:08

I like them both but Isadora stands out more.

Mamabear88 · 16/02/2020 12:12

I like Imogen better :)

Whatsyourflava · 16/02/2020 12:20

I much prefer Imogen ❤️

Chaiwala · 16/02/2020 12:34

Isadora!

Cookit · 16/02/2020 12:38

Imogen is such a beautiful name.

Astronica · 16/02/2020 12:44

Isadora

BobbyBlueCat · 16/02/2020 12:49

Imogen.

MikeUniformMike · 16/02/2020 14:01

Imogen.
Unless your surname is Bull or Bell.

Singingatmidnight · 16/02/2020 14:13

Imogen. Beautiful, strong but soft.

Krazynights34 · 16/02/2020 14:13

Isadora!

DramaAlpaca · 16/02/2020 14:19

Imogen for me. Isadora is a bit frilly & fussy, and I don't like the Dora bit on the end.

Eleanor90 · 16/02/2020 14:57

Isadora! I do like Imogen but it’s definitely quite popular around here.

How about Isolde? ❤️

TatianaLarina · 16/02/2020 14:58

Imogen by miles.

Don’t like Izzy or Dora, and the whole name is clunky and unsophisticated.
