A brother for Arthur

Chefwifelife · 15/02/2020 17:47

I’m totally surprised to learn that our second child will be a boy and not a girl (I had a gut feeling they were a girl, and a name was already picked).

We have Arthur Robert surname begins with J

Nephews are Harry and Thomas and second cousin due is already picked to be Isaac

Our toddler was an Arthur before he was even born and I have no idea for this little man.

I like traditional names like Edward and Elliot etc.

Any help appreciated. X

Traditional names:

James, Peter, Barnaby, Matthew, Caleb, Arlo, Sidney, Christopher (nn Kit), Nathan /Nathaniel (nn Nate), Miles (is this traditional? Not sure), Otis

Whatsyourflava · 15/02/2020 17:49

Ps. I love Edward and Elliot by the way- what about one of those as you like too?

Chefwifelife · 15/02/2020 17:57

Oh I really like Otis and Nathaniel (love Nate as a nn). It’s tricky because Arthur was our fave the first time which is why we used it so it kind of feels like we’re going for second best name.

This always baffles me.
