I am almost 24w pregnant with my second child. Another girl and can I think of a lovely name to match Alessia (Italian). Any ideas? We are looking for another nice Italian name but cannot think of any?

But I love Giulietta, Giuliana, Elisabetta, Luciana, Siena, Elia or Violetta.

On second thought, Alessia and Elicia are too close. What about Editta or Eleonora?
