I am almost 24w pregnant with my second child. Another girl and can I think of a lovely name to match Alessia (Italian). Any ideas? We are looking for another nice Italian name but cannot think of any?

Elsa sounds to similar to Alessia imo, perhaps as a middle name? Theres so many nice Italian names out there it seems,
