I am almost 24w pregnant with my second child. Another girl and can I think of a lovely name to match Alessia (Italian). Any ideas? We are looking for another nice Italian name but cannot think of any?

My great aunt was Italian and we only ever knew her as Auntie Lena. It wasn't until this week, 25 years after she died, that I found out her name was Natalina.
