Amos and Geoffrey ( which is awful) are the only remotely unusual or underused names on your thread

If you're looking for relatively unusual I would cross off Charles, Henry, and Thomas immediately. And probably also Jude, Louis, Dominic and Rory.

That leaves Geoffrey, Amos, Ralph and Reggie. Geoffrey would be my pick of those, though I also quite like Amos which goes really well with Joel.

Amos is great. I’d be tempted to use it this time but it doesn’t work with our DS’s name.

I like Jude, Henry & Rory best from your list but would discount Jude as sharing an initial with Joel.

You could also consider Lawrence, Christopher or Caspar.

I like Geoffrey, Henry, Thomas, Louis, Dominic, Ralph and Rory. Any of those would work well with your family. Henry, Thomas, Louis and Rory are popular though. I love Rafe as an alternative to Ralph.
