You'll not go won't with one of those. Beautiful names.

NoSauce · 10/01/2020 22:00

Rose

AlpacaGoodnight · 13/01/2020 20:03

All ok, but all very trendy at the moment which is fine if you don't mind that!

Mumtobe193 · 21/01/2020 00:57

Nora! My all time favourite girls name. Absolutely stunning name

Astronica · 21/01/2020 00:59

I love Violet and Rosie, but dislike Nora.

123EyesOnMe · 21/01/2020 14:56

Hate Nora...sorry. Sounds old fashioned but not pretty in my opinion...plus it's way too close to Noro (as in virus!)

If you want an 'old lady name'...how about Mary/Maria/Grace?

Bluerussian · 21/01/2020 14:58

I prefer Rose to Rosie but they are pretty names. Not Nora please.

Deecaff · 21/01/2020 15:00

Rosie- a lovely timeless name

Jennylou88 · 21/01/2020 15:23

Love Nora and Rose!

Chocmallows · 21/01/2020 15:26

Violet

TatianaLarina · 21/01/2020 15:31

Violet.

Antihop · 21/01/2020 15:31

Violet is too close to violent.
Nora sounds awful in a lot of british accents.
Rosie if it's short for something so she has options when she's older. You could also consider Leonora or lenora.

Freyanna · 21/01/2020 15:39

Rosie, possibly Violet not Nora.

SheChoseDown · 21/01/2020 15:39

Nora is hideous. So many negative links.

Rosie is cute.

Whatsyourflava · 21/01/2020 16:21

Violet or Rosie definitely

Mamabear88 · 21/01/2020 18:00

Violet. Nora reminds me of norovirus

FizzyGreenWater · 22/01/2020 14:12

Rosie.

Violet is having a moment, but soon everyone will see sense and realise once more that being called Vi just isn't very nice.

Nora is also getting more popular, but isn't lovely, and again no good nickname.

Mandarinfish · 22/01/2020 14:15

Rosie

TatianaLarina · 22/01/2020 16:16

The Violet I know is Lettie.

Laurjade89 · 30/01/2020 22:03

I know this thread is a week old but my two DDs are called Rosie and Violet! So I’d pick those two for sure

Rio5555 · 31/01/2020 10:02

Nora.

Rosie/rose is getting so common and I find Rosie a bit wet. Violet sounds harsh and I see violent!

Whatsyourflava · 31/01/2020 11:47

Nora is really nice but adore violet and Rosie the most
