Eliza - love, my favourite of your list
Isla - nice, but I find it over-used
Iris - really like, interesting and smart, not over-used, my 2nd choice
Emily - lovely classic
India - will always have colonial overtones for me unless you are Indian
Lola - not keen
Hazel - not keen but better than Lola
Millie - sweet

Ollie/Olly - don't like, but do like Oliver (if he wasn't called Ollie)
Miles - great - smart, grown-up name unlike Ollie.
Erik - not keen
Jack - love, never get tired of this great name
Nathan - dislike. I like Nate on its own or short for Nathaniel.

Eliza - absolutely lovely
Isla - ok but I'm bored of this now.
Iris - gorgeous
Emily - is ok, boring compare to your other names
India - don't like. A bit down-market
Lola - ok
Hazel - ok
Millie - ok

Olly/Ollie - prefer Oliver
Miles - lovely
Erik - ok but prefer Eric
Jack nice
Nathan (Nate) - not keen on Nathan, prefer Nathaniel

Eliza or Iris for me and Miles

Eliza- nice but getting more popular
Isla- overused
Iris- overused
Emily- nice and classic
India- no
Lola- no
Hazel- my favourite of your list, I love it
Millie- I like it but prefer as a shortening for something longer. Camilla?

Olly/Ollie- overused. Also just a nickname
Miles- ok
Erik- nice
Jack- nice and classic
Nathan (Nate)- I like it but prefer Nathaniel

Eliza or Erik though prefer the Eric spelling

Eliza - a bit dull... and I've heard a few recently
Isla - v pretty but quite popular
Iris - absolutely love this
Emily - boring
India - really like it
Lola - bit naff. Prefer Lila
Hazel - lovely
Millie - no. It's a nickname and not as classy as other choices

Olly/Ollie - Oliver yes
Miles - nice

Erik - ok
Jack - fine but popular, bit dull
Nathan (Nate) - Nathaniel is nicer

Eliza just makes me think of Eliza Doolittle 😐

Eliza and Erik (though prefer Eric) are my favourites.
