DC2 was born early this morning and it’s a girl, but we only had a boys name picked out. DD1 name came to us so quickly and easily and was chosen at 10 weeks but we have no names. DD 1 is called Callie. Here are some girls names on our list but none of them are jumping out at us:
Gemma
Tia
Briar
Hazel
Tara
Nina

We live in a small village so don’t want her to have the same name as anyone close in age to her. Please rate the names above and suggest more names.

Gorgeous x

Nina is lovely.

What about Sadie or Cassie?

IWantToBeNynaeve · 22/12/2019 14:10

Between Tara and Briar I definitely prefer Tara. A briar is a prickly plant and there is a well known saying here that someone 'is like a briar ' meaning they're very irritable and in a bad mood so that would totally put me off. Felicity as a middle name is nice.

TatianaLarina · 22/12/2019 15:50

It’s any climbing prickly plant particularly a wild rose (Briar rose).

Briar.....just why?! It's not even a name!
