Archie James is really nice...I like the 'AJ' shortner on it

BillywilliamV · 16/12/2019 17:08

Archie Versace...you might get free stuff!

hungryHenry10 · 16/12/2019 17:20

James was my first thought... like so many others!
I have an Archie no middle name but he always asks why I Didn't call him Archie James! At primary he used to write Archie James (Surname) on his books!!!

MrsNoMopp · 16/12/2019 17:40

James is the most common middle name for boys and feels like a bit of a default choice. It's a nice name though.

Archie Harrison is William and Meghan's son.

Archie Noah
Archie Lawrence
Archie Seth
Archie Matthew
Archie Luke
Archie Ray
Archie Leo
Archie Thomas

I agree James would work really well. Or you could go for another A name like Angus or Alexander

Other names I like for a middle name of you wanted something a bit different:

Eli
Ellis
Miles / Milo
Seth
Cole
Wilf(red)
Otis
Otto
Eric
Barnaby
Sidney
Casper
Rudy/Rudi
Dexter
Nathan/Nathaniel
Blake
Bodhi
River
Dominic
Rafferty
Idris

Isn't Archie normally short for Archibald?

FawnDrench · 16/12/2019 19:56

Leo
Jude
Michael
Fabian

Astronica · 16/12/2019 21:14

Archie Felix
Archie Edward
Archie Frederick
Archie Maxwell
Archie Michael
Archie Theodore
Archie Douglas

James is a good name but over-used as a boy's middle name.

Bellasblankexpression · 16/12/2019 21:53

Thanks for suggestions, really like Archie Edward and Archie William actually :)

It is @Grufallosfriends but we prefer the shortened name.

I was reading through and loved Archie James but OP I think you’re right and Archie Edward just tops that! I like Edward but usually as a first name it’s shortened to Eddie, Teddy etc - all lovely nicknames of course but nice it’ll be used “in full” as a middle name

Hatscarfandgloves · 18/12/2019 23:28

Archie Sebastian
Archie Christopher
Archie Flynn
Archie Benjamin
Archie Frederick
Archie Daniel
I do like Archie William and Archie Edward though
