Hi everyone, me and my partner love the name Hallie but surname will be Haylett, is it too similar or do you think it's cute?

Good lord no

It's too much. A first name less similar to the surname would work better IMO.

Emily Haylett
Bethan Haylett
Alison Haylett
Lucy Haylett
Molly Haylett
Tania Haylett

Nope, it really doesn't work, and it's even worse with that middle name.

I think it would work with a short middle name

Eg Hallie Anne Haylett

EleanorShellstrop100 · 12/12/2019 07:15

I like it!

No, it's ridiculous I'm afraid. The middle name won't help because it won't be used most of the time.

I think it’s a tongue twister rather than cute. To me it does the opposite of roll of the tongue, unlike Holly Halstead .
