Good name, but popular.

diddlediddle · 20/11/2019 06:05

Not much to say about Henry - it's a good solid classic name. Quite popular, but for good reason.

Peachbubble · 20/11/2019 06:56

I like it.

Yestermost · 20/11/2019 07:02

In my head Henry is a public school boy. He is a bit of a snob but well mannered and a bit of a wait.

20viona · 20/11/2019 07:14

Boring and really popular.

WhiteLaundry · 20/11/2019 07:17

It was on our shortlist but we ultimately decided it was too posh

Omashu · 20/11/2019 08:22

Not sure why people ask for opinions on such popular names...

daisypond · 20/11/2019 08:47

I like it. Classic and a lot better than Harry. I don’t think it’s posh.

theruffles · 20/11/2019 09:01

I like Henry, it's a good, solid, classic name. I know one little boy called Henry who has the nn Hen which I also quite like, despite the farm animal images!

Leopardprintboots · 20/11/2019 13:29

A great classic name. Love it

switcharoo · 20/11/2019 13:49

I think Harry has gone chavvy (awaits the flaming!) but think this is a classic name you can't go wrong with

Grufallosfriends · 20/11/2019 14:19

I don't like it.

brushups · 20/11/2019 14:23

It's pretty "safe". Fine, normal, quite popular.

Jj2431 · 20/11/2019 16:30

Love Henry

Clettercletterthatsbetter · 20/11/2019 17:50

Love it. I don’t see it as posh at all, just a nice normal name.

emilybrontescorsett · 20/11/2019 20:29

I think it was once seen as posh, now it's fairly ordinary.

Whattodoabout · 21/11/2019 10:11

It’s inoffensive and a classic so probably won’t go out of fashion. I don’t mind it.

Theresomethingaboutdairy · 21/11/2019 10:31

Love it! My favourite boys make. I don't think you can go wrong with Henry.

Leopardprintboots · 21/11/2019 16:35

Yeh it’s a great name

CravingCheese · 21/11/2019 20:01

Lovely. And genuinely timeless.

PrincessAnnaOfArundale · 24/11/2019 13:08

Love it. Cute for a baby and kid but timeless and classic enough to be a great adult name. Perfect!

crosstalk · 24/11/2019 14:06

I like it as Hal as well ...
