Is this a nice name? Or not?
Thanks!

Gosh how has this rhyming slang passed me by, it seems like it’s quite common knowledge!
Other names we like are Hazel, Tabitha and Cordelia. What do you guys think of those? :)

Eartha is awful. Hazel is beautiful op!

funkylittleboatrace · 16/11/2019 10:45

Reminds me of Jim Royal " good old Eartha!!!"

NoSauce · 16/11/2019 11:28

Gaia is beautiful. I love Tabitha and Cordelia too. Hazel is pretty.

SweetAsSpice · 16/11/2019 11:30

Cordelia is lovely. Also love Gaia, gorgeous name.

Gaia is lovely, but we have a close family member named Gail and it seems a bit too similar. Thank you for all of your opinions :)

I like Cordelia, a bit different.

IfWishesWereFishes · 16/11/2019 15:20

Cordelia is gorgeous

ilyjccs · 16/11/2019 18:32

I love Hazel!

BigGlasses · 16/11/2019 21:32

Eartha is nice, I didn’t know the slang either and unfortunately it would put me off. It also reminds me of a boy in my class at school whose nickname was Earth - as he showed zero potential. Not kind

DramaAlpaca · 16/11/2019 22:34

Hazel is gorgeous. Eartha just... isn't. It's hideous.

Iliada · 17/11/2019 22:39

What about Tierra? Same meaning, very pretty, similar enough to the Tara/Tia end of things not to sound weird.

GeoffreyAndBungle · 17/11/2019 23:03

What about Etta? Love that!
