Cecil - Cec (Sess)
Sebatian - Seb

I like Dylan and Sebastian - both lovely.,

Cecil/Sess - a bit too close to cess pit (sorry)

Cecil is considered extinct- if you went with that then it would definitely be unique excluding very old men and the more popular girl variants like Cecilia or Cecily! Possibly it’s extinct for a reason though?! It would make a cracking name for a dog but I personally wouldn’t use it for a human. I don’t like Dylan so my pick would be Sebastian.
