Thoughts on Otto for a little boy?

Will be a brother to Charles, sometimes nn Charlie.

I really hate. It's a bit of a comical name imo.

@winterplease Charlie is a lovely name. Are you looking for something slightly more unusual this time around or is Otto just a name you like?

Not looking for anything particularly unusual, but just really struggling to find a boys name that we like. I love Joseph, Louis, Arthur and Alexander but we can't use those. My grandfather was German, and Otto has German heritage ( I think ) and so quite liked it for this reason.

Yes, Otto is a German name and I think with German heritage it's a good choice. Quirky but easy to spell and pronounce and good for both a child and an adult.
