Thea is my favourite from your list x

MouseBatMummy · 28/10/2019 20:21

Lovely shortlist. My faves from it are Emma and Alice

MrsH497 · 28/10/2019 20:26

Charlotte is my favourite not personally a fan of Thea

daisypond · 28/10/2019 20:50

I like all your names except Charlotte. Susannah is very nice.

Naomimi · 28/10/2019 21:09

Susannah! Gorgeous, classic, barely used.

Lou2120 · 28/10/2019 21:43

Emma and Alice are my faves

Spied · 28/10/2019 21:46

Love Alice
Charlotte and Emma are ok
Susannah and Thea are not to my taste at all.

Tillygetsit · 28/10/2019 22:22

I have a Susannah so I'm very biased!

TenThousandSpoons · 28/10/2019 22:47

Love the whole list!
Thea - maybe difficult to pronounce for the child, for a while
Emma & Alice - gorgeous. These were my shortlist for DS if he’d been a girl.
Susanna (prefer this spelling) - lovely and very underused. Susie is a sweet nickname too.
Charlotte - also lovely

Astronica · 28/10/2019 22:50

My favourites are Alice and Susannah.

DramaAlpaca · 28/10/2019 22:52

They are all lovely, apart from Thea.

IckleBear · 29/10/2019 04:31

Emma

bridgetreilly · 29/10/2019 11:05

In order, I like:
Susannah
Emma
Alice
Charlotte
Thea

But I still really like Thea. Good list!

OverthinkingThis · 29/10/2019 12:29

Susannah - love it
Emma - love it
Alice - really nice but super popular at the moment
Charlotte - ok but loathe 'Lottie' and ''Charlie/Charley' isn't great either
Thea - ok but in some accents tends to get pronounced 'Fea' which I hate.

FizzyGreenWater · 29/10/2019 12:32

The only one I dislike is Alice - have always found it prim, and don't like any Allie/Al nicknames.

Like Susannah, and definitely the most unusual nowadays, but not sure about Suzy/Susie.

Like Charlotte, Thea and Emma which is also unusual now.

None of them to me are ones I'd actually choose though, but all ok!

Idolovetobebesidethesea · 29/10/2019 14:12

They are all lovely.
I would go for Thea or Susannah myself but the others are lovely too, just a bit more popular.

Jossina · 29/10/2019 17:39

Emma and Alice, or Theodora with the nickname Thea.

Disfordarkchocolate · 29/10/2019 17:44

I like them all but Alice is my favourite.

VenusClapTrap · 29/10/2019 18:39

Thea! Beautiful.

MrsBertBibby · 29/10/2019 18:45

Susannah. The rest are a bit dull imo. Nice enough, but not very exciting.

lowlandLucky · 01/11/2019 07:54

Susannah

MissHenty · 01/11/2019 11:13

Alice and Emma are my favourites - absolute classics

MissHenty · 01/11/2019 11:17

Alice and emma are my favourites - timeless classics which I love

hungryhippie · 01/11/2019 11:27

Charlotte or Alice for me.
