What do you think of these names together? Thanks

I wouldn't say they went together as having the same style/vibe.

For example, Francis often gets Frank or Frankie as a nn, so do you think Hugo and Frank go together?

Hugo and Felix, or Hugo and Marcus, or Hugo and Jolyon go together better than Francis.

But, for most of their lives they won't be a "pair" they will be individual adults, so how important is a matching set of names?

I think they pair well together- they aren’t too matchy like Noah and Jonah for example, but not totally different “feels”.

My dc’s names are very very different in terms of origin and 9 times out of 10 when we introduce them I can see a flicker behind people’s eyes of “What the fuck, those names DO NOT GO!” 😂

Hugo goes better with Felix, Barnaby, Kit, Rory. It's quite posh, but less so nowadays and really lovely.

I adore Francis and I really like Hugo but I'm not sure about them together.
