Opinions on this name?
bridgetreilly · 22/10/2019 13:54
It's a bit pretentious, imo.
Time40 · 22/10/2019 14:02
It makes me think of the M&S clothing range for people who wish they were a bit boho but aren't really.
Sorry.
RushianDisney · 22/10/2019 14:04

I agree. I know a few little Indigos, very popular among a certain demographic. It's just a bit try hard.
mamandematribu · 22/10/2019 14:09
I don't like it , I knew an Indigo a few years ago and she was nicknamed 'indigo no go' or 'indigo dingo' by the local kids at school.
Frith2013 · 23/10/2019 19:06
Very stupid people think their spawn are “indigo children”.
Inigo is a name.
Astronica · 24/10/2019 00:39
I really like it.
DramaAlpaca · 24/10/2019 00:41
No, not keen. It's too 'trying to be different' IMO.
HalfManHalfLabrador · 24/10/2019 00:48
Great for both Hippies and Hipsters otherwise no...
Expressedways · 24/10/2019 00:52
I know an Ingo and Inigo so I think of that. Both are German men in their later 40s which probably isn’t the vibe you’re going for! Indigo as well as being a colour is a low cost Indian airline so I think it sounds silly as a name.
donquixotedelamancha · 24/10/2019 00:57
Inigo is a name.
Inigo is a great name:
Indigo is not.
BackforGood · 24/10/2019 01:20
Awful
NachoFries · 03/11/2019 10:54
I’d use it for a pet.
Marcipex · 03/11/2019 10:58
My brain chants ‘Violet‘ after Indigo.
Dingo is a brilliant nickname tho!

I love it. I got lots of stick on here once for suggesting it
Boireannachlaidir · 03/11/2019 11:40
Hilarious
Hayls17 · 03/11/2019 11:50
I quite like it
ScrambledSmegs · 03/11/2019 11:52
I've got a parking app on my phone called Indigo. To me it's a bit like calling your baby NCP.
ScrambledSmegs · 03/11/2019 11:57
However companies change their names all the time these days so it's hardly going to be a problem! If you like it, and you feel like it would suit your baby then go for it.
Just be very aware that you may look at your new, gorgeous baby and think "No, you're not an Indigo. Definitely more of a Magenta". DC2 spent an hour with one name while DH and I repeated it at her in varying tones. It just didn't fit, so we changed it to another name that hadn't even been on our list before.
Cookit · 03/11/2019 15:18
I saw one announced recently. I was confused really because I didn’t think it was a name. Inigo yes.
MikeUniformMike · 03/11/2019 17:42
Bit naff
Omashu · 03/11/2019 18:04
