Theo Maxwell
Noah Maxwell

Any thoughts?

Noah Maxwell sounds better to me. The names seem to compliment each other more

You’re seriously unlikely to use the middle name much so think about Noah and Theo as stand alone names and see if you prefer one over the other.
It’s ok to have 2 names you like and then see what the baby looks like when he’s born and decide from there - that’s what I did and when ds was born I just knew what he needed to be called.
