Neither. How about puce?

HeadintheiClouds · 16/10/2019 19:12

Give over.

Apolloanddaphne · 16/10/2019 19:14

I though this was a thread about home decoration! I like the colour magenta. Not keen on mahogany furniture though, it really shows the dust.

NerdyCurvyInkedandPervy · 16/10/2019 19:14

Magenta if you're a RHPS fan.

babylemonade12 · 16/10/2019 19:15

I just love the exotic

Magenta is a prettier word than mahogany- ma- HOG - any.

Though- are you serious?!

reginafelangee · 16/10/2019 19:16

Just don't.

meow1989 · 16/10/2019 19:16

Of the two, Magenta... but neither personally.

Lweji · 16/10/2019 19:18

It's not exotic, whatever you mean by that.
And it's probably not unique either.

Do you really want a child named after a colour or wood/tree?

RueCambon · 16/10/2019 19:19

Awfull

FawnDrench · 16/10/2019 19:20

Gotta be Magnolia obvs...

RueCambon · 16/10/2019 19:20

Awful.

Drabarni · 16/10/2019 19:21

2/10 not very original Grin

Babysharkdoodoodood · 16/10/2019 19:21

Ugh!

What about Minerva?

Apolloanddaphne · 16/10/2019 19:22

If you are seriously thinking about them as names then I would go Magenta as I love the colour and I love Rocky Horror Show.

Hundredacrewoods · 16/10/2019 19:22

Magdalena?

RolytheRhino · 16/10/2019 19:23

The mag in magenta sounds like vag- potential for bullying there. Particularly if the kid is given to blushing.

Of the two, I'd probably go for Mahogany.

Strongecoffeeismydrug · 16/10/2019 19:24

Pine
Oak
Teak
Mdf

Ninkaninus · 16/10/2019 19:25

Uh huh.

BettyBooJustDoinTheDoo · 16/10/2019 19:26

How about Anaglypta or Vymura OP?

AhNowTed · 16/10/2019 19:26

Magenta's alright. Quite like it. Wouldn't be the first time (remember Magenta Devine - used to be a presenter on the telly)

But Mahogany... that's not a name.

flibbedygibbet · 16/10/2019 19:28

Asbestos is pretty no?

PurpleDaisies · 16/10/2019 19:28

I think that was my dilemma last time I was buying hair dye!

reefedsail · 16/10/2019 19:31

I could live with Magenta, especially as it could be shortened to Maggie, but I really struggle to be able to see Mahogany as a name.

iklboo · 16/10/2019 19:40

Balsa? It's almost like Balonz.

Neither for me, sorry.
