I have loved this name since I was about 12 years old. I'm not a fan of overly 'girly' names. I know it's currently quite popular, but that doesn't bother me too much.

Full name will be:
Erin Josephine Hope Surname

Josephine was my nan's name and is also the name of DH's sister.
Hope because she is an ICSI baby following 4 years of TTC unsuccessfully.

I'm looking for reassurance that this is a nice, solid name that will see her through childhood and still suit an adult!

Thanks in advance Smile

I love the name Erin. I've known 4 in my lifetime, all lovely people. I think it's a gorgeous choice, and the two middle names are beautiful. Congratulations on your precious baby girl!

She'll be a serial killer by aged 5.... j/k. Sounds like a great name. Hope you're relying on more than her name to get her through life though ;)

I love Erin. It was on our list. Huge congratulations on your precious baby. Our icsi dd is the centre of our world 😍

Echobelly · 28/09/2019 09:14

It is a really nice name, I agree - nice full set of names too.

I love Erin. I presented it to my ex when we were thinking about TTC. It didn't work out for us. 6 months later he met someone, they got pregnant, and they named their daughter Erin. I still love it but feel it would be weird now.

BigMamaFratelli · 28/09/2019 09:17

I have an Erin Grin Totally suits her as she's not overly girly. I know I'm biased but I think it's a lovely name - neither too popular or too out there. Go for it!

Congratulations on your pregnancy! I like it. My perception of it is that it is quite American-sounding but that’s fine.

GeoffreyAndBungle · 28/09/2019 10:11

What a lovely name!

Lovely name, both Erin in itself and the 3 chosen names together.

5LeafClover · 28/09/2019 11:27

I love the name Erin. Sadly it didn't go well with our surname. I think it is pretty and unusual. All 3 names are lovely. Congratulations and best wishes to you.

That's a very nice combination indeed.

VenusClapTrap · 29/09/2019 10:15

I like it. I’d have Josephine as the first name though, because I love it!
