I love this name, front runner atm. What do you think.
I prefer the a-May-a rather than a-my-a pronunciation I thunk?

I've never heard of it before.

Unusual but lovely!

Never heard the name before but I rather like it. Not too different and follows a trend but unique enough Smile

My best friends in primary school were called Amaya (my) and Maya (may) .

Love the name.

Prefer the Ameya spelling / sound (for both the gaelic and Indian versions) as Amaya tends to be pronounced A-Maay-ya

My DD has a friend called Amaya, pronounced a-MY-ah. We’re in Australia Smile

This style of name seems to be really popular around here just now.

Amaya, Amara etc. It’s nice not something I think I’d personally choose.
