Which do you think is nicest? I love floral names but these are the only two me and OH can agree on.

I don't like either of them.

But if I had to choose then Lily.

Both nice, maybe Daisy as not as popular as Lily.

AverageMummy · 12/09/2019 16:26

I prefer Daisy I think it's a lot nicer and not as popular as Lily

DramaAlpaca · 12/09/2019 21:09

Lily.

Daisy is cutesy, which puts me off it.

Frith2013 · 12/09/2019 22:46

Lily.

Daisy is a name for a cow with long eyelashes.

Daisy

mamalovebird · 12/09/2019 23:25

Even though it's massively popular, I still love the name Lily. Can't go wrong imo.

Enko · 13/09/2019 09:35

Prefer Daisy as like others have said not as popular. Not massively keen on either

Bouffalant · 13/09/2019 09:36

Daisy.

Daisy!!

Villaneller · 13/09/2019 15:59

Lily. It works well across ages and classes. It is beautiful without being too 'cute'. Its very very popular for this reason though so beware of that. It might not be number 1 in the popularity stakes but I bet it would be if you count all all the different spellings and hyphenated names. Lots of Lillys, lily-maes etc.

MikeUniformMike · 13/09/2019 16:07

Daisy

MissHenty · 14/09/2019 10:23

Love both lily and daisy

Yes lily is popular but it’s popularity is now actually declining year on year so it will be no where near as common now as it was 2 years ago say

It’s dropped 10 places in the past few years, will be outside top 20 and then maybe even top 50 fairly soon ok current trajectory

Both nice, but I have 5 Lily's in my class! And they're very young so the name is definitely still very popular.

VenusClapTrap · 25/09/2019 22:04

Daisy.

Pippilsngstrumpfi · 25/09/2019 22:38

5 Lilys in just one class?! Shock

How do you differentiate them? There's not many nickname options...?

gillyginger · 25/09/2019 22:46

I'm no help, but both beautiful names, my dear mum is Lily, and have always loved Daisy, how about first and second name together..

s3tut0y3r · 26/09/2019 21:31

What about Marguerite? It can be Daisy for short, as it means daisy in French. It's a bit different.
Lilian or Liliana are also both nice....

Mylittlerainbow · 26/09/2019 21:34

I like Daisy. I’m trying to name a little girl at the moment and if it wasn’t for knowing a Daisy who is a bit of a numpty, it might have been on my list

noodlenosefraggle · 26/09/2019 21:35

I like Daisy
