We’ve found out we’re having a boy & can’t agree on any names. Would love your completely honest / blunt opinions & any suggestions. Thanks!

My list:
Tobias
Felix
Leo
Laurence

His only suggestion:

I like Tobias and Peter.

How about
Dominic
Quentin
Marcus

Nonameyet1 · 07/09/2019 12:00

Not keen on Laurence.

Love Leo.
Tobias is nice but there are a lot of Tobys so would put me off.
Felix in nice.
I think Peter is a good strong name.

Like all those names, if you can't decide, see what he looks like.

Frith2013 · 07/09/2019 12:17

Tobias - ok
Felix - ok
Leo - too popular
Laurence - like this one

His only suggestion:
Peter - boring.

What do people think of Arthur?

OP posts:
17caterpillars1mouse · 07/09/2019 21:08

Tobias - love it. I'd use it in a heartbeat if only I could guarantee he'd never be called Toby

Felix - I like it on somebody else's child
Leo - nice but they are everywhere
Laurence - love it but spelt Lawrence

Peter - not a fan

17caterpillars1mouse · 07/09/2019 21:09

Arthur is nice but like Leo they ate everywhere. I know so many of both, all under 5

TildaTurnip · 07/09/2019 21:12

Tobias - ok
Felix - love
Leo - love
Laurence - dislike
Peter - my favourite out of them all but not keen on Pete

MissHenty · 07/09/2019 21:58

I love Arthur and Leo

Not met a single one yet in 3 years at playgroups so even though they’re popular I wouldn’t say they’re that ubiquitous

AverageMummy · 08/09/2019 11:47

@Rivkka thanks but they are relatives
