For some reason I always think Megan is similar to Lucy.

Lucille, perhaps too similar.

Hi OP. I don't know if you like the name or not but my sisters friend is called Annalise. Everyone however calls her lisie in living her teachers. Maybe close enough to Lucy?

I have a Lucy and she asked me once what I would have called her twin if she had one and I told her "Lola" which I also love.

My mum has 2 sisters who both called their son the same name!
