Our gorgeous boy is 2 weeks old today and husband and I have had zero free time to discuss middle names...as expected :-) We like traditional names and our surname has two syllables. Any inspiration??

I have a son with a two syllable first name and two syllable surname. His middle name is James. Named after my brothers middle name bitnky mum chose it for the exact reason that it goes well with two syllables. Plus it’s just a nice simple classic name too :)

@spoonsmum great minds! James was the only one I had thought of and liked :-)

Thank you for the suggestions!

Congratulations Op. Some lovely suggestions already, I do like James but as a middle name it’s the male version of May, Grace and Rose as a middle name.

Peter would be my suggestion.

George was the first name that sprang to my mind. Congratulations on your baby boy :)

My DS is Edward and he has two middle names, one has two syllables and the other has three syllables. I think his name is great although it is long! He’ll probably hate us when he’s filling out forms as an adult Grin.

Thank you all :-)
