I like Morven Iris best though I think all of the first 4 on your list are good. I really like the strong character and unusualness of Morven, and that it has grown on me slowly over past years.

I like Iris as a first name too, but not so keen on Iris Benjamina. Though if Benjamina is a family reference this could grow on me too! Iris Leonora would be great.

Morven is my favourite, although prefer Morvern as in Morvern Callar.
