33 weeks and struggling with girls names! Don't know what we're having, but pretty set on Theodore (Theo/Teddy) for a boy.

Girls we're finding much harder! DH suggested Eloise today which I quite like... I like Madeleine, Emilia, Sophia (but he doesn't like any of those)

Any ideas would be very welcome!!

I really like Elle too, and with Eloise at least I can shorten it to that....
Having to compromise a lot!

Thea?

Peanutbutter89 · 20/07/2019 21:20

@monsieurmarius We have very similar name tastes! Sienna was actually our number 1 for a while but I got cold feet!
Others like Amelie, Harriet and Isabel are gorgeous.. but taken by family/friends - sigh!

I read a book recently which mentioned the name Veryan. I thought it was really unusual and not widely used.

Peanutbutter89 · 20/07/2019 21:21

@WinkyisbackontheButterBeer - you would think as we like Theo we'd like Thea.. I do, but DH doesn't!

Alice, Honor, India, Olivia, Lydia all sound good. Or for something more unusual, Tegan?

If you want to use Elle as a nickname then Elora could be an option?
