Middle name for Margot- Elizabeth, Daphne or Evangeline

We’re sure on Margot as the name but are struggling to choose between these middle names. I think I’m edging towards Evangeline and dh towards Daphne but both like all the names. With Elizabeth we are also debating whether to spell it with an s or z so an opinion on that would also be helpful
