If I like Charlotte, Phoebe and Sophie, what else might I like? I can’t use any of these names as they have been used by people close to me, but they are exactly the sort of name I like. Any suggestions appreciated! 😊

Thanks everyone. I really like Madeleine but worry about the McCann association. Do you think people would think the same? I know family and friends would soon move past it but I don't want their first thoughts to be negative when they hear her name for the first time

No, it's a long time ago. Soon it will only mean something to people over a certain age (that sounds harsh, sorry).

I loved Madeleine but didn’t use it.

What about

Sadie
Darcy
Lydia

If you spell it Madeline, it rhymes with pine, not pin as in Madeleine McCann.
