Thoughts on a few boys names

What are your thoughts on the following boys names

Leo
Struan
Wren
Rowan
Linus
Jacob
Luke / Luca - I can't decide which I prefer
Xavier
Ezra

Leo - like but looks unfinished
Struan - Love this name and I wanted to call DS it but it was vetoed
Wren - this is a girl's name (well actually it's a type of bird but it's definitely currently a popular girl's name)
Rowan - I only know a female Rowan, I dog like it though.
Linus - sounds like a type of moss
Jacob - nice but a bit boring compared to your others
Luke / Luca - I can't decide which I prefer - you prefer Luca, and it's a great name
Xavier - I really dislike this but have no good reason why
Ezra - I think George has made it quite popular but it's fine.

Leo - very popular, otherwise fine.
Struan - not keen
Wren - No
Rowan - ok but unisex.
Linus - not keen
Jacob - so popular but I like it
Luke / Luca - I can't decide which I prefer - Luke yes, Luca no
Xavier - ok
Ezra - don't like it

Of the list - I'd say Rowan, Leo and then Jacob, with Xavier as a middle name.

I think I'd put Luke after Rowan, so you get my top 4.

Struan - Only know 1, like it
Wren - Girls’ name
Rowan - Love it
Linus - Bit wet sounding, sounds like a name a snotty kid would have
Jacob - Way too popular
Luke / Luca - I can't decide which I prefer - Love love love Luke
Xavier - Nice but pronunciation issues
Ezra- it’s ok

I really like Leo and Jacob but they are very popular which does put some people off. Love Xavier!

I love Linus and Rowan! Great strong and memorable names.

Luke or Luca get my vote! Followed by Xavier

My sons called struan & I get so many compliments 😌

Wren is actually a boys name in non MN world. But a lot of MN users seem to use it for their girls.

None of the names are jumping out OP, but might depend on number of syllables in the baby's last name?

Leo - lovely
Struan - no
Wren - no
Rowan - maybe
Linus - nice
Jacob - nice
Luke / Luca - I can't decide which I prefer - both nice
Xavier - nice
Ezra - ok

Linus!!! That is the coolest name.

Leo - so popular, baby will be one of a few Leo's in their class.
Struan - never heard this name. Not sure about it, think it'd be a bit of a polarising name.

Wren - girls name.

Rowan - outdoorsy and cool, not to popular.

Linus - don't know why this name isn't used more tbh. Think people would either love or hate this name though.

Jacob - boring, too popular.

Luke / Luca - I can't decide which I prefer - Luca is a bit pretentious (unless you have Spanish or Italian descent)

Xavier as above

Ezra okay, getting very popular though.

Wren - girls name
Rowan - prefer it for a girl
Luca and Ezra are my favourite two

Struan is a great name if you have Scottish heritage, pretentious if not. Same with Luca and Xavier.

I think Jacob and Luke are lovely. Leo is too but very very popular now. Not a fan of the others.

My favourite is Jacob but I’m biased as it’s DSs name and far from being popular I only know one other Jacob.
I also like Leo and Ezra
Not keen on Wren and Rowan too girly

Leo - lion/sayer. I’m not a huge fan of it
Struan- never heard it, reminds me of strudel
Wren - girls name. I really like it and wanted to use it as DS’s middle name but it’s a very feminine name apparently
Rowan - Atkinson. I actually don’t mind this name though
Linus - no
Jacob - very common, not a fan
Luke / Luca - I can't decide which I prefer - Luca is 10000% better, I like it
Xavier - no
Ezra- always been a fan

I’d go for Luca or Ezra.

Struan if Scottish links.

Xavier if French links.

Leo is lovely. The others are meh.

I'd prefer Ren over Wren as that's commonly a girls' name.
I like Rowan.
Ezra was on our list but despite 'trying it on' for a while it felt difficult to say and a bit try-hard for us personally.

Leo - It's OK.....I suppose. Wouldn't want a name that's just OK
Struan - Could be misheard as Stuart
Wren - Agree it's a girls name
Rowan - Unisex name. quite like it
Linus - also quite like this name
Jacob - was a consideration for my DS's middle name so yes I like this
Luke / Luca - love either bit prefer Luke
Xavier - My new imaginary baby boy is now called this
Ezra- gaining in popularity, but I'm not that keen

Leo - ok, but very popular
Struan - the noise you’d make when vomiting
Wren - a girl’s name
Rowan - Atkinson
Linus - programming language
Jacob - ok
Luke / Luca - I can't decide which I prefer - ok
Xavier - xmen
Ezra - George

Favourites are Xavier and Linus and Luke.
Would only use Struan if Scottish link somewhere.
I'm another one who sees Wren as a girl's name.

Rowan- prefer for girl
Wren- prefer for girl
Lucas/Luca- don’t like
Xavier- really like
Linus- don’t like
Ezra- ok, popular
Jacob- don’t like
