So after all the Jacob posts nothing felt right..... The names just didnt feel right. And today I was reading about Jacob in the bible and it just put me off in all honestly.
We came across a name and it just feels right. The name is JENSON.
Middle name yet to be decided.
What do you all think?
Girls name is set 100% at Sofia Matilda. Sibling is Noah.

Not a fan of Jenson and my ds has a surname as a first name. I think it will date.

One of the ‘Yummy Mummies’ on Netflix named their baby Jenson and that puts me right off

I prefer traditional names - think about how the name would sound if your dc became an mp, a captain in the military or a doctor. Nicknames are fine but not on birth certificates !

Thank you all so much for your response. Theres been a real mixed bag a comments (likes and dislikes). The positive comments have really made me smile and the negative comments have just made me more determined to use it, because it feels right.
Jenson Button is a famous racing car driver and it doesnt seem to have caused him any problems having a "chavvy" name. Anyway its not a name that makes someone "chavvy" its their upbringing

What about Jay, as an alternative? But if you love it, go for it! If the kid isn't chavvy, the name isn't chavvy.

I really don't think it's chavvy. The janson i know was very Chelsea Sloane Ranger so Jenson seems like an extension of that to me. 🤷🏼‍♀️

As pp Jay is good, I'm a teacher and have not had good experiences with Jenson.

But as soon as you say "Jenson" someone will say "Button."

Jacob is lovely.

I love Noah, Sofia and Matilda. I also quite like Jacob.

To me Jenson is a very different kind of name. Your other names are classics where as this is a flash-in-the-pan fashionable name that will date. Like Tracey in the 80s or Darren in the 70s.

Hanson doesn't go with Noah. It's in a different class.

There really haven't! At the point where you posted that, the haters of the name outweighed the lovers by 4:1!

It doesn’t sound like it fits at all with your other name choices; it’s not a name I would suggest if you said you liked Noah, Sofia and Jacob at all.
I’m a F1 fan and think Jenson Button seems lovely. I know a little Jenson who is a nice enough boy. I’m sorry I still really dislike the name Jenson/Jensen. Your baby your choice though.

I think the description of Jenson is the new Wayne is the most accurate. Jacob is also very, very popular.
