Three syllables Plus Girls Names

Botanica · 02/07/2019 16:48

We've just found out we are due a little girl and I'm really liking the sound of names three syllables or more with our (fairly plain) surname.

Anything goes - pretty, classic, unusual, a bonus if it's related to nature. Something that's not too common ideally.

No made up words or 'unique' spellings.

Thank you for your ideas!

I wouldn't go for a long name as they get shortened. How about a short first name and a frilly middle name.

BillyAndTheSillies · 03/07/2019 09:34

Immediately I think of
Anastasia
Penelope
Evangeline
Persephone
Alexandra (biased, because I am one)

I love having a long first name, but then took my husband's (extremely long and extremely Greek) surname and now ended up with a 10 syllable name which is a mouthful - but unique.
