Kate is too plain for my liking the other 3 are lovely

Love Cecilia and Nina.
Kate is slightly on plain side - I like Katie.
Don't like Zara, just personal opinion that one.

I like Zara & Nina

I feel Nina is very dated and Cecilia isn’t my cup of tea but love Kate and Zara.

Cecelia was my Nan's name, but it often got shortened to Sissy which I don't like, so that's my concern there

Like them all, Cecilia is my least fave but still lovely. I prefer Cecily/Cicely.

Zara is my favourite but closely followed by the other two.

I love Kate.

Neither of mine did, so I did not use them!

Love Kate, Nina and Zara, all on my list (along with Lois). Love Cece but not keen on cecilia.

I like Kate, Zara and Cecelia in that order. I don't mind Nina but just don't find it as strong or interesting as the others. Kate has been a favourite of mine forever, a name I never tire of.

I love Nina and Zara. They're beautiful. I should like Cecilia but I know an awful cecilia and I really can't see past it!

Re your concerns about Cecelia being shortened to Sissy, how about Celeste as an alternative?

I love Kate, its DD1's middle name (would have been first but I have a very close friend called Kate), not very popular these days.

All the ones I know (I don't know too many) are shortened to Cece, so think you'll be fine with that.

Zara is lovely.
It's probably one of those "marmite" names you either love or dislike, but I love it!
It's not over common, but I do know a few little ones.
The same with Nina (although I don't think I've ever actually met a Nina of any age at any point).

I don't know any little Kate's, but lots of Katie's.
I actually like Kate though.
Maybe a longer name on the birth certificate such as Katherine, Kathleen, Katrina or Kaitlyn?
I think it's nice as a stand alone name though if you prefer something short and sweet,
