Thoughts on the name Marie? Is it due a comeback or is it still dated?

I absolutely love this name! Classic, chic, feminine...gorgeous! I’d use it!

I've never liked it but I like Maria

Marie is dated. I prefer Maria but I wouldn't use it personally.

Not trendy but classic and she won’t be the 6th in the class called that. You could use a more popular second name. Marie goes well with most other names

There’s a Mari in my daughter’s drama class, but I think it’s pronounced Marry. Dd loves the name as Marie is her favourite Disney character.

Quite a few Greeks call their dds Marie as opposed to Maria as that’s seen as more common. I like it. I know a LOT of Marie’s. But all Greek.
