Sister for Ophelia

Our choices are Clara and Odette. Also love Giselle but worried about the potential nick name Her older sister is called Ophelia. Thoughts? I love balletic/ French inspired names if anyone has any other ideas.

What is the nickname issue with Giselle?

I've never heard of any nicknames for Giselle. It's a beautiful choice.

Some lovely suggestions already which I think go better with Ophelia than Clara (nice but not as unusual) and Odette (too similar to Ophelia but not as pretty). Delphine or coraline prob my favourites from the suggestions.

Apolline is a pretty french name and I think it would go well with Ophelia.

Or what about Posy? It reminds me of the book Ballet shoes 🙃
