A beautiful, unusual, not too frilly, lovely sounding name.

Been dragged to the bottom of the pile of trash TV world, and everyone will make negative assumptions if they hear the name. So it is, in my view, unusable.

I don't look at names this way. If I like a name I'll use it. I don't care if it's in the top 10. I don't care if a royal baby is called it or a porn star. If I like it I'll use it. I also don't care if it's the shortened version. If I like it...

I really don't get why people look so much into names. Life is moving on. It's a modern world and a new generation of names.

People bang on about the kardashians chosen names,north,saint,stormy,reign.

This is the next generation of kids. In 20 years an employer isn't going to employ you because of your name because it'll be a new generation of employers 🤷🏻‍♀️

Chantal is a beautiful name. I like it so I would use it.

I feel like this about Sienna and Jenson. Everyone says they're chavvy.

I wouldn’t choose it but I think it’s very nice sounding. I have a friend called Chanel. People who don’t know her have made fun of the name when I’ve mentioned her in conversation but she’s a lovely person and I only have good connotations with the name because of that!

Chantal was trashy long before the reality TV one for me.

But then it wasn't unusual for me either. I went to school with about 10! It's very Essex I think!

It was always my name when we playing schools in the 1980s. She was a naughty girl, but also very sophisticated. I could never use it for these reasons.
