opinions on the name Bodhi for a boy please

Sorry last para refers to Hindi which predominantly (but not exclusively) has Sanskrit roots.

Returning to Bodhi the root noun, it is still in modern usage, although its contemporary meaning is closer to cunning or the regional English nous than to enlightenment.

The modern derivation ‘bodh’ is also a noun but as I said up thread, it’s now used ironically as a mild insult.
