3 week old son doesn't have a name!

Hello,

We are struggling to name our son. He has a double-barrelled surname (English/Turkish) and we are looking for an English first name/German middle name.

I like Noah and Elliot... DH doesn't. He likes Zane

No idea on the middle name yet! Ahhh!

Not Zane. It's not a real name. Maybe James?

Oskar, Isaac, Reuben, Dominic.

Zane/Zayn is very much a real (Arabic?) name.

Yeah, it's a real name, I'm just not a huge fan Zane Elliot does sound nice, but we want a German middle name and I really don't love Zane, thank you though.

Never been a huge fan of James. Do like your suggestions @YahBasic will have to run them past him and see what he thinks! Thank you!

What sort of English names do you like?

What about Frederick? Would work in English and German? Could be Freddie as nn?

Sebastian is my all time fave name. The only one I know is a young German lad

I don’t like picking random middle names though - I think you should pick a family name if you don’t have any names you love
