DS is Theodore (Ted), and we're looking for a similar sort of name. We don't know whether new baby is male or female, and won't find out until the birth.
My self-set 'rules' are:
- reasonably old-school and traditional
- popularity/otherwise doesn't particularly matter
- I'd prefer another long name with potential for shortenings, whether or not we end up choosing to shorten it. Going for a one-syllable name with no alternatives seems a bit unfair in the circumstances.
