I’ve recently fallen in love with this name and pilsner love to hear what people think about it as well as middle name options.

I am wondering if it gives off an old lady vibe which I’ve been told by some people that it does!

I love it, and nn Hatty

flibbertigibbety · 23/04/2019 13:00

Love it! Hattie as a nickname is lovely too. Middle name would depend on surname. If you've got a long surname then a one syllable middle name would be good. Short surname - longer middle name.

Harriet Sophie
Harriet Grace

Thanks for the good feedback! Thoughts on these combinations?

Frumpy imo.

Pleasegotosleep01 · 23/04/2019 13:21

Completely biased but I have a Harriet Grace! We call her Hattie.

PlatypusLeague · 23/04/2019 15:14

I quite like it. Harriet Sophie is very nice.

BlueMerchant · 23/04/2019 15:15

Not keen and getting back bit too popular.

recall · 23/04/2019 15:17

Love it

MamaDane · 23/04/2019 15:18

Don't like it personally Smile but if you do then that's all that matters.

Tiramisu1 · 23/04/2019 15:47

I dislike Harriet, it sounds harsh!

Mustangsallyis · 23/04/2019 15:52

Harriet was top of my list for a girl but I had a boy. I think it's a lovely name.

Carpetburns · 23/04/2019 15:53

Love!

MollyHuaCha · 23/04/2019 15:54

Love it.

starryskies4 · 23/04/2019 15:56

I love it. I know a couple of little Harriet's and it really suits them. A pretty name imo.

Happyandglorious · 23/04/2019 16:16

Harriet Grace. Sounds fab

RuthW · 23/04/2019 16:22

Love it. Certainly not old fashioned and was popular when my daughter was small.

SnakesBarmitzvah · 23/04/2019 16:29

I love it, I think its gorgeous! When I have mentioned it to friends though they have looked at me funny.

Megan2018 · 23/04/2019 16:32

It’s on my list but DH says no Sad
I love it.

Octonuddle · 23/04/2019 16:39

I love it...potential contender if I have another DD!

fulltimeworkingmotherof4 · 23/04/2019 16:51

My 17yr old is called this it was very unusual then, seems to be more popular now but I still love the name, we call her Harri

SallyWD · 23/04/2019 18:32

It's nice. Always sounds quite well to do to me.

Clownfish123 · 23/04/2019 19:20

I like Harriet, love Harri or Hattie as nicknames. Personally though I could never choose a name that ends in a 'T' as I always drop them and I think most people do in my accent.

CaitlinsYellowSocks · 23/04/2019 19:24

I love it and both those middle name combinations are great. Classic, pretty, recognisable without being ubiquitous, and good nicknames.

megrichardson · 23/04/2019 19:35

Lovely name

Still18atheart · 23/04/2019 19:37

Love it. Especially Harriet Grace. I know a Harriet and a Hattie both are lovely girls. Also a Harry if she turns out to be a bit of a tomboy
