Very unhelpfully both! First glance Ros-a-leen then remembered Roz-a-line from Romeo and Juliet. Presume it can be either way.

My first thought was rose-ah-leen. Rosaleen used to be a common name in Ireland and in the 19th c was the female embodiment of the country itself. Dark Rosaleen.

But having read the thread I suspect Rosaline is roz-ah-line.
