Neither! Probably row-sa-leen. But i would probably ask not knowing if the 'line' was pronouced correctly!

My first thought was rose-ah-leen. Rosaleen used to be a common name in Ireland and in the 19th c was the female embodiment of the country itself. Dark Rosaleen.

But having read the thread I suspect Rosaline is roz-ah-line.
