I like Felicity a lot, but I would put it with Phoebe because they both end in the 'ee' sound, and to my ear that's not as good as it could be.

How about:

Felicity Marie
Felicity Louise
Felicity Charlotte
Felicity Rose

MollyHuaCha · 15/04/2019 21:22

'Wouldn't' not would (sorry)

DaisyF1986 · 15/04/2019 21:25

We have Felicity May x

LittleMissMummaBear · 15/04/2019 21:32

Felicity!!! I love the name, and all the great nn’s that you can get from it to!
I’ve never liked the name Daphne, I don’t know why. maybe its because I think “purple. scooby doo.” when I see it! but go with what you like best x

Linny88 · 15/04/2019 21:51

I love Daphne and have it on my list as I once worked with a lovely little girl with the name...however, I’ve only had negative responses to it when I’ve suggested it to friends and family

onemorecupofcoffeefortheroad · 15/04/2019 23:26

Felicity

Pompello · 16/04/2019 00:08

I know a little Daphne and she's really won me round to the name.

OldAndWornOut · 16/04/2019 00:09

Daphne Emelia is my preference.

DramaAlpaca · 16/04/2019 00:10

I adore Daphne.

I like Felicity too, but not with Phoebe.

buenavides · 16/04/2019 01:05

The name Daphne reminds me of Scoobydoo, I would have to go with Felicity as it means happiness.

MercyBodle · 16/04/2019 04:43

I prefer Felicity. Daphne is quirky and fun, but the one I know is always called Daph, which puts me off.

Peachbubble · 16/04/2019 06:10

I'd choose Felicity

ArtisanPopcorn · 16/04/2019 06:58

Daphne, more unusual and I find Felicity a bit prissy sounding.

Erksum · 16/04/2019 09:03

Love, love, love both names!
It doesn't matter if the middle name goes with the first one. No one except people choosing their babies name ever use both names. So just chose the names you like the best. The two names shouldn't rhyme or sound silly together but, for example, it really doesn't matter if they both end in a 'e' sound or not.

SpriggyTheHedgehog · 16/04/2019 14:12

Felicity is lovely. Daphne is dreadful.

Sakura7 · 16/04/2019 14:14

Definitely Daphne

Tiramisu1 · 16/04/2019 17:39

Isn't it Daphné?

PinkieTuscadero · 16/04/2019 17:44

Never seen it spelt Daphné. The daphnay sound would seem ridiculously affected.

MadameJosephine · 16/04/2019 18:05

Felicity by a mile, I love it but it was vetoed by DD’s dad

FraggleRocking · 16/04/2019 18:10

Daphne Emilia. Love the name Daphne.

MustStopSnacking28 · 16/04/2019 18:11

I love daphne, it was my nan’s name and she was the loveliest lady I have ever met so it’s really special to me!

gggrrrargh · 16/04/2019 18:12

Daphne was my grandmothers name so I love it

gggrrrargh · 16/04/2019 18:15

X post @muststopsnacking28 I just checked to make sure you weren’t my sister Grin

MustStopSnacking28 · 16/04/2019 18:18

@gggrrrargh 😂 I don’t think so! Maybe cousin?! Grin

gggrrrargh · 16/04/2019 18:22

That must be it Grin hooray to having had a super lovely nan with a beautiful name.

Ahem, derailment of thread over!
