Help with boy names

Hello.

im due second DC in two weeks and OH and I cant agree on a boys name!

We already have a wee girl called Carly and have chosen Reeva if this DC is a girl.

I generally like names that end in and 'ee' 'y' or 'a' sound.

Not a fan of old fashioned names eg Albert etc. I like uncommon but not too out there.

My boy choices were Riley and Zander, but OH doesnt like them.

Surname begins with P and is two syllables.

Please help, beginning to panic!

Reeva as in the murdered ex girlfriend of Oscar Pistorius? Riley is very common, and if you go for Xander please spell it properly.

Our tastes are completely malaligned so I don't think I can suggest any names that you would like.

Lilsquish · 14/04/2019 12:22

why comment then Divgirl2? Very rude and uncalled for.
I presume with your thinking no one should call their child Oscar, Ian or Ted then?

thank you everyone else for your suggestions.

Thanks for the continued suggestions.

DH and I both like Zane and its been suggested a few times between us, but i worry that its a kind of foreign/middle east name??

DC is likely to be blonde and blue eyed, would zane be weird or am I over thinking? (maybe just because the only Zane iv ever come across is the guy from One Direction)
