Posted a few days back and narrowing choices.
So which would you choose?
Thank you.

Both are lovely. I personally prefer Imogen

Imogen

DarlingLittleBabyName · 09/04/2019 11:35

hmm not really a fan of either but if I had to pick maybe Sienna. for some reason Imogen reminds me of a medicine?!

Azuresea · 09/04/2019 11:38

Some people have said before that Imogen is down market or horrible and frumpy.
Personally I can't see this but am I missing something?!

I don't think Imogen is down-market. It sounds ugly and frumpy to me, yes.

Sienna is prettier but is probably considered more down market by some people.

They are very different to each other.

Imogen.

BlueMerchant · 09/04/2019 12:33

Imogen!

MsTSwift · 09/04/2019 12:37

The rough girls with funny eyebrows who get excluded at dds school are usually named sienna. Make of that what you will

LesLavandes · 09/04/2019 12:55

Siena, not Sienna. My daughter is 26 and named Siena after the city in Italy. At that stage, it was a very unusual name. In fact I knew none.

Siena is a beautiful name

ilovecatsabittoomuch · 09/04/2019 22:02

Imogen is more classic Sienna is more fashionable but both are great names

Susanna30 · 09/04/2019 22:05

Sienna is a lovely name.

GlitterPixie · 09/04/2019 22:13

Sienna. I just don’t like Imogen at all for some reason but Mumsnet loves it

Iamthecaptainnow · 09/04/2019 22:34

Imogen.
It feels rather "market-less", actually! Hard to pinpoint. Whereas Sienna conjures a very clear, although undoubtedly unfair, mental image- at least for me!

MollyYouInDangerGirl · 09/04/2019 22:35

I like both but I think I prefer sienna. Although if youd have asked me last week or next week I might be inclined to say imogen!

RaindropDreams · 09/04/2019 22:41

I have an Imogen. DH. Hose her name and I really wasn't keen but it has grown on me and I now love it. We always get complimented on her name and how pretty it is

thefinn · 10/04/2019 19:32

Imogen reminds me of Imagine.. I like both

pilates · 10/04/2019 19:38

Imogen 💕

spritesandunicorns · 10/04/2019 19:46

Imogen is gorgeous and timeless. I also think sienna as faddy.
