Baby due in a few weeks. Don't know gender.

What are your opinions on these and can you suggest any others in a similar style? We like simple names, traditional-ish but hopefully not crazy popular (although popular wouldn't always put us off)

Girls:
Hazel
Ada
Martha
Robyn
Nell
Cora

Boys:
Max
Robin
Dominic
Sebastian
Oscar
Harry

Thanks all!

Dominic and Martha are my fav!

Shadow1234 · 03/04/2019 16:54

Love Robyn for a girl and Dominic or Max for a boy

ParisWilton · 03/04/2019 18:10

Harry, Oscar and Max are dull imo. I like Sebastian and Dominic.

I'm not keen on Nell. Martha and Ada are fine but there seems to be a few around my area (which would put me off but not necessarily you). I love Robyn and Cora.

Girls:
Hazel- pretty
Ada- also very pretty
Martha- Not a fan
Robyn- lovely
Nell- bit too outdated imo, maybe just because it was my great grandmother's name
Cora- pretty. prefer spelling Corah

Boys:
Max- fine, a bit boring
Robin- nice! not overly used either
Dominic- a bit too old man-y for me but go for it if you like it!
Sebastian- lovely, could always be nn Seb
Oscar- a bit boring imo
Harry- nice

I like Hazel
Sebastian nn Basti

Tiramisu1 · 07/04/2019 20:13

Isn't Basti a little close to Bastard Shock?

TatianaLarina · 07/04/2019 20:33

Nell, Sebastian, Raphael or Gabriel.

I like Bass as nn for Sebastian. I don’t mind Seb anyway.

Great taste in boys’ names OP.
